This is the usual entrance/exit to the house with the door facing the approach road and facing North. The door is a full security door with an opening double glazed window protected by a metal grill. The main alarm panel is situated inside this room. The room has a free standing corner wardrobe and a small unit with a tiled top that has storage for shoes and the gas bottles that supply the hob of the range cooker in the kitchen. There is plumbing for an 'American' style fridge/freezer which is in one corner. There is also the main control for the water distribution throughout the house.
