This is a very large room with windows on two sides which looks out to the South over the garden and fields to the Pyrenees. The overall size is 6x5m although as the en-suite takes a portion out on one side the total area is 23 sq.m. Room enough for a double bed, two settees, a desk, large wardrobe and various storage units. We use this room as a study/TV room and occassional double bedroom.

There is a door to the first floor landing on the main staircase and another to the shared en-suite bathroom.
