- The house with gites is now for sale at the new price of €549,000. Although we are still in residence the property is available immediately on completion, which normally takes up to three months.

- What does the sale price include? The main house with most of the fixture and fittings including a considerable amount of furniture, as well as the three fully fitted and 'ready to go' gites.

- The total area of the house is 330 sq metres and the gites add another 200 sq m.. In addition there is the large garage, workshops and barn as well as the upper patio area with a further large room that could be converted into a one double bedroom gite, a snooker room or whatever you wish. It is plumbed and has electrics and just need finishing to your own requirements.

- The reason the house is for sale is that I have been working in France, in Toulouse, and soon reach retirement age. Due to family ties we will be returning to the UK once the house is sold.

- The house will also be for sale through various agents and the fees for the agent are payable by the seller - us. However the price through an agent will be some 5% more to allow for their fees, which are at least 5% of the purchase price in France. The other fees are payable by the purchaser.
