The garage, and garage loft above, between the main house and the gites.

The garage is secure with double doors to the entrance and a single door at the back leading to the outside dining area and house garden.

Inside the garage another door leads to a corridor that seperates two of the gites. In this corridor is an additional shower and w.c.. Very handy when working outside or using the pool.

Above the garage is an upper loft that has yet to be renovated. It would need a re-boarding and an internal staircase fitted to make it of use.

Garage, which will take two large cars, with the entry to the right and space to park four cars in front of the house. The large gite car park 25m to the right will take at least another six cars.
